At Padani, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or any sturdy packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
